Thanks for deciding to apply!

To Apply (as a candidate):

1. Print the application (click here to download / view)
2. Fill out the application section
3. Have your pastor fill out his section. (Note: If your parish does not have a Pastor, and only has a Sacramental Administrator who is not available, Your Parish Administrator, DRE, Youth Group Leader or CCD Teacher may complete Pastor Portion. Please have them identify themselves in the comments area.)
4. Don’t forget to fill out the Camp Daggett Release Section and sign it (or have your parent / guardian do so if you’re not 18)
5. Place the Completed Application along with a $25.00 Deposit (Checks made out to NewLifeTEC) to hold your seat in an envelope and mail to: New Life TEC
